I have had Steven work on several ring pieces in the past and he did fine. However, I was disappointed with my interaction with his Representative today. I called to inquire on getting an opal droplet polished from having slight scratches on it from another jeweler. She gave me a sarcastic response and said that I should have gone to Steven to begin with, and then quoted me $1000k to buff the scratch out. The opal itself cost $200.
