Dr Baltic is solid. A great surgeon in his field. From start to finish. Precare, after care and councling all the way through on self care to help you get the best recovery. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects and non judgemental in his delivery. Dr Baltic was the first provider explaining to me how nicotine affects my healing process. I thank you Dr. Baltic.

Dr. Baltic is an excellent surgeon who listens and seems to care. Never once pushed me to have surgery but was ready to help when it was time. My revision microdicectomy went great. It not only fixed my recent issues but has also seemed to help with some of my lingering pain/issues I've had ever since my first surgery 25 years ago. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Dr. Baltic, his staff, and Lewis Gale.
