My 92 year old mother had three fingers that locked up on her. She was in a lot of pain and her finger nails were beginning to embed in her palm. Dr. Ozeran responded immediately and scheduled surgery to give her relief. The surgery was a success! My mom and I were both very impressed with his bedside manner. He even personally called to check on her a few days later. Thank you Dr. Ozeran… you’re the best!!
Doc Ozeran, and his clinic went out of his way to work with the VA to ensure a timely surgery for tendon repair. I personally found him to be laid back, and helpful throughout the whole process. Unfortunately, if you use the VA for health care you need to be proactive and willing to spend hours on hold to make the VA do their job. The guy is something else and so is his front office lady, Christi. They have lied repeatedly about why this dude will not see me after an er referral for fractured maxilla. The hospital this clinic belongs to backs me. They informed that the Wound Clinic is known for having a very toxic environment. They have instructed me to take my recording of Christi and report them to the patient concern line, which i now have.
