Mr. Nettles was a guiding light in a sea of uncertainty. My husband and I are first time home buyers and Steve helped us find the best option that would work for our position. He has excellent communication and answered all of our questions promptly. I cannot express enough how helpful Steve was when during this process and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or refinance. We will be returning to him when the time is right for us.

I pestered Steve so many times with questions and he did a fantastic job at explaining to me anything and everything I wanted to know. He helped get my family into a house we didn't expect to be able to and we are so glad. Meeting with him in his office always felt like a celebration even when we were just looking over hard numbers. He always made us feel comfortable, even when we had to bring our young kids along to a meeting. Great service!
