Do NOT use this practice! I have given them numerous chances bc they are local and accept my insurance but the nurses give such attitude it has deterred me from calling for a medicine refill or to get the status of an insurance approval for example, which should never be the case. They take months to follow up with things necessary for my treatment despite my calling to follow up on any progress made and to get it moving along. Dr. Natow was so rude and provided me with information that was inaccurate. The nursing staff is very rude as well and don't seem to want to be bothered with anything Highly disappointed and would NOT recommend.
