Doctor Lichtman help save my son's life over 20 years ago. Thank you.
Incompetent office staff that directly impacts health outcomes. When I called to make an appointment for my seventeen-year old son, we were scheduled for over four months away, despite his ongoing suffering from acute stomach pain. Then, four months later, the day of the appointment, the office called to say they were cancelling the appointment, because he was now eighteen.
Dr. Lichtman will not call with test results. It takes weeks of reaching out to the office to get some sort of answer/explanation of anything. He also shows zero compassion. Save yourself and look for a better doctor, there are many out there and he is not one of them.
