No stars. This provider did not seem to listen to my concerns nor care as I was asked about my childs medical history but this provider started to cut me off and speak over me. This is unacceptable

The front desk staff greeted us with a warm smile and were incredibly courteous during check-in, making us feel welcome right away. Every nurse we encountered—from taking vitals, height, and weight to asking questions and gathering information—was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. Dr. Snodgrass gave exceptional care and attention to detail regarding our child’s medical needs. He took time to listen to important details and thoroughly think through needed treatment plans for now and in the future. We walked away feeling informed and healthier under his guidance and care. His nurses and other staff was also excellent.
