Called in a maintenance request because one of the outside doors doesn’t latch closed and homeless people are coming in and smoking in the halls. Seen a used condom on the floor. The repair they did the first time was to jam the door shut (that lasted for a day). Don’t really feel safe with anyone able to enter our building. Worst place I’ve ever lived, and not because of the unit or the people living here, but because of the people that own this property. Constantly being bombarded by homeless people breaking in with weapons and illegal drugs because no matter how many times I’ve submitted a complaint to EVERY possible person at Avenue Living WITH PICTURE PROOF they manage to do absolutely nothing about it. Booked an appointment to look at an apartment unprofessional landlord never showed up to show the place. Thank you for wasting my time.
