I had Manish Sethi show me around the apartment and thought it had great lighting and a nice floor plan that lends itself to spacious living if you are a single person
Mariah Sethi is very polite and fair dealing person
Called in a maintenance request because one of the outside doors doesn’t latch closed and homeless people are coming in and smoking in the halls. Seen a used condom on the floor. The repair they did the first time was to jam the door shut (that lasted for a day). Don’t really feel safe with anyone able to enter our building.
