Everyone was professional and caring. Would highly recommend.
Not good at all. I have wet MD but went blind in one eye recently and Dr. Williams said there is nothing he can do then said come in for injection in one month. WHY????? He seems very rude and I will not be going back to that office. I do not feel it is necessary to sit 3 hours to see him and go from one waiting room to the next to the next.
My exam was thorough. I'm very pleased with the staff and especially Dr. Williams. He took the time to examine and answer any questions without my feeling rushed.
I had a thorough examination. The staff was very professional. I didn’t find the wait terribly unreasonable. Dr. Williams was ill-mannered. I wasted his time and disrespectfully stormed out when I asked a question. He was highly recommended but I personally would suggest going elsewhere. There is never an appropriate time to lose your cool with a patient. His assistant came out and apologized to me and my husband. I felt sorry for him. I was okay. My concern is for the more emotionally frail individuals.
Not like I hoped. Because there was nothing serious ( which I am extremely grateful for), I felt like I was a bother, he was honest, fine, thats' good, but clearly annoyed.and wasted his time as he had to get ready for a surgery. The nurses and office staff were wonderful. Disappointed as I have heard only wonderful things about him.
The first and only time I met Dr. Williams he said he couldn't anything for me but wanted to see me i 6 months for a follow up. WHY?????? Also a good place to go if you want to wait hours for your scheduled appointment. I went elsewhere and things are working out great.
It was a very efficient visit. All the staff were so caring and thorough and answered all questions, I really enjoyed them. And Dr. Williams was like a friend, I can't say enough about his care. I felt so good afterwards. I would recommend this group to all.
All staff are exemplary here going above and beyond to address every concern. Wait time was minimal and service was exceptional
I have been a patient for about two years. Dr. Williams, Dr. Gale and Dr. Yazdanyar are top notch Retnia specialists and surgeons. Dr. Williams did my retina tear laser surgeries and Dr. Yazdanyar treated me for retnia whole and then a Macular hole surgery. I am extremely happy with this group. Sometimes my wait is long, and its usually because if someone has an emergency they get you in immediately. Highly recommended.
