Cannot be beat for professionalism, courtesy and genuine care!
Dr Simons was my physician for about 9-10 years. I suffered with asthma so bad. I am pleased see he is still practicing medicine. I think I would have died at least 5 times if it had not been for him. What a wealth of knowledge he has in his profession. I’m living in Texas and is on Nucala to treat my asthma. Thank you so much. I honestly hate leaving bad reviews for someone but I really felt the need to do so this time. This is regarding Dr. Steven's receptionist. Julia is rude and unprofessional. First, I've called them and left them a voicemail to their nonurgent line and never received a call back. In fact, I had to leave another voicemail a week later and it took them so long, about two weeks, to receive a call back!
