Good and caring.
If you are uninsured, co-pay is $100, $50 upfront at time of appointment and $50 billed. You call to get prescriptions refilled and talk to a real person, although I did prefer leaving a message as I did not have to call during business hours. Their staff who answer the phone are always very patient and courteous. Now they can fax even narcotic prescriptions to the pharmacy without having to pick them up in person (because making someone physically carry the prescription down the road to Costco's pharmacy instead of faxing i... read more
Office staff is absolutely rude. They deny speaking to you when they are the only one in the office with that name..try to make an appointment and told the Dr will have to review to see if wants to consult and then doesn't call back..repeating the same information and its name and address .what is the problem with the staff?
Office staff is GREAT! I never had any issues in the many years I've been a member! The Office Staff has always been nice to me, and I've always been nice to them!? Interesting how that works sometimes. Dr. Radel has always been a caring and informing physician as well!
