I have been going to Dr Steve for 10 plus years and he is absolutely amazing. I was really sick and seeing Dr after Dr without any resolve. I was nauseated and burping all the time; which was new for me. In the very first appt, Dr Steve said that my stomach acid was off and have me HCL pills which helped immediately. Since then, I have seen him for acupuncture (doesn't do much for me-really helped my wife), and other various supplements. I wish I had gotten to go to my appt., the receptionist called to confirm the afternoon before and asked if i had filled out the form. I was not informed about a form ahead of time and it took a month to schedule this appt. The form is 13 pages long and she said if i can't print and fill it out b4 appt. to come 40 min earlier. I called back said it was irresponsible to ask this at this point the day before. And she was very rude. I will seek care elsewhere.
I've been going to nwcnm for three years. Dr. Steve and his staff are all amazing. Dr. Steve fixed my medical issue right away without the use of drugs. The acupuncture continues to ease my pain. I have found Denise the most friendly energenic person I have seen. She does an amazing job of juggling multiitasks. I find Mr. Wedlund post interesting. As there are always two sides to a story, if what he says is true what did he do to Denise to provoke such a reaction?
Dr. Steve is an amazing doctor. I have been going to him for about 5 years now. I had to give 3 stars today because his receptionist Denise was rude yesterday even though I was polite and did not retaliate in any way. Today the following happened she hung up on me would not take my call flipped me off and threatened to punch me. Denise then lied to Dr Steve and said she did not.
