Dr Lord and April are always friendly and cheerful. I always feel I have had the best possible care and customer friendly service. Even though we've moved and there are closer options, it is worth the extra drive to get such great care and service.
All the staff is wonderful and Dr. Lord is top notch. The showroom area of glasses is very clean and a great selection. I will always come here.
He is thorough, and also makes you feel comfortable once you are in the chair.
I have been going to Dr. Lord for many years. I am very happy with my care and would recommend them to anyone!! April, Dr. Lords assistant and very knowledgeable and extremely friendly.
