I have state insurance. My eye exam went well. I was in process of picking out frames. And did not see any that fit my face. And ask if I could bring my own frames. The woman there at the time said yes. No problem. I called the next month to confirm again the answer was yes. Went to get an exam to have a valid rX on file with insurance to order contacts and glasses. The main receptionist consistently presents herself as being frustrated both in person as well ans over the phone and the wait time is well beyond the scheduled appt time. Doc seems to take his time during the appt, seems slightly disoriented and isn’t clear in communication. He ordered the wrong rX for my glasses and spent and hour retesting to order another pair.
