I was seen for dentures on May 12, 2009. I needed my dentures relined and knew I had 60 days to do so at no charge. I kept putting off going to get this done. On July 8, 2009, I recalled my 60 days was almost up. However I could not get to the Dentist until Monday July 13, 2009, a day after my agreement. I left a message as stated above.
