I had the most amazing experience, my son needed a new doctor due to the fact a lot of health care providers brush you off and don’t hear you out. Well I came here and Dana at the front desk went over and beyond to get my child seen as a new patient, we literally were in the next day. They were so kind and caring, Doctor sat down and listen to me along with actually speaking with my child and really interacting. I’m so very happy with this office and I’m so thankful we found them!
We did not have any problems with my sons care but my daughter got pushed under the rug for an allergic reaction that caused her to go the ER for steroids. The final straw was when I had brought her in for leg pain and he said she was fine. Now we are at another pediatrician with many referrals due to her having swollen lymph nodes in her hip area for that same leg, so in turn her leg is not fine and could be something way more serious.
By far the greatest decision we made was to take our daughter to Dr. Engel. We absolutely love him & trust our daughter is well cared for.
The Nurse and Doctor are fantastic. My review on the receptionist listed below was harsh but they heard me out and were extremely helpful and nice about it. I definitely don't want Dr. Engel to close his practice, I don't know where we would go. I consistently have trouble with the receptionist. I’ve had it with her. We have never missed a bill, but she has started sending us letters if we don’t pay during her phone call notifying us of the copay. Dr. Engel and his staff have been awesome. They listen and comprehend my concerns. He is thorough with his exams at the visits. I haven’t had an issue getting my kids in for a same day exam if needed. Dana at the front desk is helpful and understanding. Nurse Jessica is pleasant and sweet as well, my kids love interacting with her. I am glad that we found Dr. Engel when we did!
