Very profession and caring to address the issue to correct the injury.
The office staff was very efficient and helpful before the surgery. Joe Cassidy has been very reachable and helpful when I had an issue with the suture line and drainage with my 1st replacement.
Everyone was so nice. They answer my calls and questions promptly. Highly recommend
After my total knee replacement in March, the following morning my patella cracked and I ended up back in hospital for a 2nd surgery, followed by 5 months of PT ,still not walking with a normal gait, very frustrating.
