I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor. Despite paying for a dilated eye exam, he never explained how my eyes actually looked or discussed any findings. I had to ask him as he was already trying to leave the room, at which point he simply said, “Your eyes are fine.” That was the entirety of the explanation. He spent no more than 3–4 minutes with me and did not take the time to hear my medical history or concerns beyond a few seconds. Dr. Christiansen is an excellent, compassionate doctor. He does a great job at explaining complex issues. I highly recommend him!
This was an excellent experience. Staff are friendly and conversational, while also being very knowledgeable and detailed oriented. I have an eye problem and the doctor gave me the best and most understandable explanation for what is happening. I would highly recommend this office to friends.
Dr. Christiansen saw me right away when I arrived, and clearly explained what ws going on and what to watch out for. I would highly recommend him.
Dr Christensen is a great doctor and totally professional and knowledgeable. I especially liked how he took the time to explain the results of all the eye tests. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor really put me at ease. I highly recommend Dr Christensen for your eye care needs.
