Dr. Garner has done 4 hand surgeries for me...2 thumbs and 2 carpal tunnel. He has explained all procedures to me, been supportive, and done excellent work. I have been very happy with him as a doctor and my best friend also had hand surgery with him and is also very pleased.
Dr. Garner performed a different surgery than he had demonstrated at my preoperative appointment the day before. The procedure he did had no benefit to me and when I asked what the next step was he told me when I got better insurance to come back and see him.
