This guy is just a speculator who wants to put anyone into any home he can without care or follow-up He owns homes across Texas that he rents and hires sub standard management companies to run them. Then when he pulls the rug on the lease he charges astronomical prices for wear and tear and hides behind the state law to attack renters He’s scum
I highly recommend Steven Little as a real estate agent. He did an amazing job helping me find the best house after searching since last year. He was very patient throughout the entire process and made sure to find a home that fit both my budget and my comfort needs. Steven truly cares about his clients and works hard to help them find the right home. I give him full credit for all his effort and professionalism. Definitely a 5-star experience! Emmanuel
