Steven was amazing. He helped us for over a year to get a house. He was always there when we needed him and made closing very easy and convenient to us.
This company has been told on countless amount of times to stop calling over a listing from 2022 that is no longer open. After asking The representative Stevan Martinez to stop calling since I am not interested he would respond with “ you want me to continue calling you?” I asked to speak to a manager who stated his name is also Steven and stated that the it is up to the representative if he wants to continue to call me and harass me. Steven was absolutely awesome! Very attentive and on top of it. It was my first time buying a home and his reassurance was definitely appreciated. He represented both sides of the deal and I’ve heard horror stories about that but he was very balanced and fair to both me and the seller awesome guy and would do a deal with him again wholeheartedly!
If you're reading this, then you're most likely aware of how difficult the housing market has been for buyers since Summer 2020.
