Totally unprofessional. The man can not hear. You try to speak with him and he will not hear you he will try to rush you through your appointment even if you tell him you have plenty of time. Will not answer questions directly. No customer service skills. He does need more help in the office and if someone else was there that might help clear up a lot of these issues. Plus get the lighting fixed.
