I was unable to sit or stand for more than 1.5 hours because of a neck injury. I had already seen 1 chiropractor, had 2 rounds of physical therapy, and was getting spine injections from a pain clinic. Unfortunately nothing gave me relief and my active lifestyle was over. I couldn't make it to lunch and back with a friend because I could not be upright that long. It took several months of adjustments and therapy and I am greatly improve and have a life again.
