I agree with the patient who didn't like his professionalism. He's blunt, unfriendly and spoke to me like a child. Don't know how his office staff works with him all day. Been several turnovers lately and We can see why. Big ego. That being said, we remain his patients as his work is very good. After the last year, however, we are looking for a new dentist that will recognize the patient and take the time to explain questions. Nerve wracking

Looking for a dentist who likes people

Most people I know, including myself, are somewhat nervous about going to a dentist. Since I expressed that clearly, I didn't expect the dentist to jump up, take off his gloves and tell me he didn't have the patience to deal with my apprehensions when I simply asked him would he stop and explain the procedure to me. His office personnel then showed me out without any apologies, instructions or otherwise. Very unprofessional dentist with even worse customer service. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
