I was told a vasectomy required a consultation visit. Never was I told it was going to cost me separately from surgery cost. When I asked prior to my consultation how much surgery was going to cost, I was told that would be determined during my consultation visit after my insurance is contacted. I need to know if Dr Sterzer can help with Calcification on posterior Bladder wall . I have ultasond taken about 2 weeks ago . I saw Dr in 2013 for UTI, Ongoing problem but last test shows negative. I am wondering why no UTI and given antibiotics ?
