Front desk staff was very helpful, making sure I was covered under my insurance. Medical staff, including the doctor was professional, friendly and thorough.
I was seen within ten minutes of my appointment time. Initially, I was seen by Dr. Nishiyama's assistant, Angela. Angela reviewed my x-ray with me while explaining what she was seeing. Before ending the consultation Angela asked if I would still like to meet with Dr. Nishiyama. Since I was going to have surgery, I did want to meet the doctor. Dr. Nishiyama came into the room and reviewed the same information that Angela had given me. Prompt, friendly and courteous. So far so good.
