The office staff was very kind and professional. Dr. Jordan was amazing. Honest, explained in detail, and told me what to expect through the process of healing. I would highly recommend him to any family or friend. Truly one of the best doctors I’ve met!
Dr. Jordan was very thorough at my follow up appointment after I had several PT appointments. He answered all my questions and set up a plan for me going forward if I should experience any issues. It is very easy to be seen and the office also runs very smoothly.

Dr. Jordan was again very caring and thorough. He showed to me the radiograph with explanations. And pleasant as usual.
Was able to get in to see someone the same day I called and as a new patient. The office, staff and Drs were all so nice and helpful. X-rays done on premises which was nice. All of my questions answered and follow ups scheduled as well as physical therapy.
When you walk in you are instructed by the STAFF behind the desk and there is plenty of staff they point to a KIOSK and tell you to sign in there. I have done this before at Cleveland Clinic and they have an employee that is right there to help. In Dr. Jordans office they let you fumble until you ask for help. While sitting in the waiting room I watched 4 elderly couples navigating this KIOSK trying to navigate it and all it did was frustrate them to the point they were arguing with each other. I never made it to the pros but at this point in life I can feel the pain of so many my age (74) as my body is paying me back for all the pain I inflicted on it while in my prime. Like so many of the old pros I’m fortunate to have what I consider to be a great practice right down the street from my home in Valencia Cay to take care of these old bones. Dr. Jordan is an outstanding doctor. He is personable. He explains everything in detail. He is a person that does not rush you out of his office. I highly recommend him. I’m blessed that I was able to find him.
He took his time explaining my problem and how to help my pain. He was very kind and helpful.
