I had two knee replacements done by Dr. Jordan...after the success of the first knee replacement I was actually looking forward to the second! Dr. Jordan's skill as a surgeon is second only to his great communication skills and enthusiasm for this work!

I found Dr. Jacobs and his staff to be awesome. He was friendly, professional and thorough. However, the physical therapy department that he referred me to is exactly the opposite. The front desk staff is rude, incompetent and condescending and you couldn't pay me to finish my therapy there.
Dr. Jordan and his staff are outstanding. It was my second surgery on a broken bone and I didn't realize there were still Doctors that sat down and chatted with you or friendly/efficient nurse staff out there anymore! These guys stand out - hardcore. They bus you through quick but still take the time to make sure all your questions are answered. On my last visit they gave me an appreciation coin to give to any staff member I felt deserved it. Everyone was so great it was hard to decide! These guys really go above and beyond ... read more

I tore my distal bicep tendon and I was referred to Dr. Jordan for a consultation. Upon meeting him, I felt very comfortable as he spoke to me directly, answered my questions, and explained my options. Based on his explanation of my injury in detail I opted for surgery. I asked him about the procedure and he explained what will happen in detail. Made me feel as if he wasn't hiding anything and I knew what to expect.
