I saw the doctor for literally 3 mins and he may have been competent. The PA who does the bulk of the examining however is not. "That back brace looks soooooo good on you". Direct quote. Thanks for your years of medical expertise. This was what ended a visit that started with a terrible symptom evaluation (I was going for a second opinion so I've been through appropriate evals). Really disappointed in the level of professionalism.
I just had surgery with Dr Jacobs he is a wonderful. his office is nice, clean and cozy. His staff is kind and accommodating. He gets straight to the point, shows lots of compassion, he is very knowledgeable at what he does . he made me feel comfortable, relieved my pain, and kept me abreast. I recommend him to anyone hes awesome.
Dr. Jacobs is a superb surgeon. He spent a lot of time with me and it is clear he is a very caring physician.
Needed surgical 2nd opinion. After redundant questions by an unimaginative assistant, Jacobs sauntered in clearly annoyed. Now, I'd stated weeks ago that this was a 2nd opinion. When I repeated so to him, his demeanor transformed. My wife and I were amazed -he just wanted to end the session. Sure do it, tell Dr. xxx I said hello. Then he stood and walked out, followed by assistant, nary a word. No big bucks from this patient? Take a hike pal. At least it's how felt to us.
