My ring is perfect. Worked directly with Jacob from start to finish to create exactly what I was looking for. The sizing and design process was not only fun, but extremely detailed and thorough. Jacob communicated diligently the entire time, and my ring was ready exactly on schedule. I am so happy with how it came out. Jacob is a true artist and master of metal. Absolutely gorgeous ring. I'm not a jewelry person, but I was looking for a wedding band that I could "tolerate". I never expected to love it the way that I do. The customer service is also fantastic. Really couldn't be happier!
