Beware!! They only care about money. I tried to get a second opinion, and they blocked all attemps, would not release my medical records. I waited a month to get the surgery done, was told I could take off my boot to sleep. When I woke up I could not get my foot back into the boot. I was blamed for everything! The nurse would not schedule an appointment kept telling me to take a towel and wrap it around the toes and pull towards me. Kept me doped up so I couldn't see all the gas lighting. Wonderful experience in all areas of my visit. He listens!
After care is awful. I saw him 2 mos ago and his nurses are just now getting my PT referral and only after MULTIPLE phone calls and complaints. This lapse in patient care will cost me long term. (Re-injury). Thank you to my Doctor at Sheppard AFB for helping finally get the help Dr Wilson should have been providing.
