ter 16 years with Allstate, three homes, car, Life Insurance policy, flood Insurance policies, i made claims for windstorm and hail damage starting with 2017. The claim was denied because the roof “was still new and looking good”. The roof was 17 years old. After three more years and many other hail and windstorms that damaged the exterior wall because of water infiltration, I was completely denied to renew the insurance policy for the house with damages and advised to fix the roof myself because the roof is old !
