Quick and easy, from speaking on the phone with the front end employees to the x ray people . The experience was very comfortable for such a busy practice. Dr Schafer asked about my issue and previous treatment and explained what could be done and when. Left the office and immediately felt more comfortable than when I entered . I would highly recommend Dr Schafer and Coastal Orthopedic .
Very straight forward about diagnosis & next step options. Would definitely recommend Dr Schafer & this practice.
The staff there is absolutely amazing !! So caring and knowledgeable. I had ACDF surgery almost 2 years ago and went far better than expected. They were quick to see me if I had any issues. Unfortunately, I meds up my knee pretty in a LOT of pain and they worked me in quickly and immediately started ordering test. I can not say enough good things about this place. I have 100% recommended to so many people and I will keep recommending them. Staff / doctors are AMAZING !!
I had a very good experience with Dr. Shaffer as well as with Holly, PA. I am much better than the day I walked into the office. Everything they have recommended has worked. I am very pleased and highly recommend this office to anyone needing orthopedic support.
The clinic was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The appointment was very timely after I arrived. Everyone I talked with was helpful. I would come back if I needed to see a doctor there.
