Dr. Patterson did a good technical job with surgery, but his relational skills are lacking. He kept me waiting nearly 2 hours for both my visits then rushed our appointments without asking me for questions. To make things worse, his support staff at Lakeland Surgical Clinic is a massive disappointment. The triage nurse was rude and disrespectful. Dr. Patterson performed a laparoscopic hernia repair on me on a Thursday and I was back to work on Monday without any pain. Being a surgeon myself, I sought out him because he performs the latest techniques and is very skilled at these minimally invasive approaches. Besides that, he’s very nice and personable and his team is the same. I highly recommend Dr. Patterson and I refer my patients to him whenever they need surgical procedures.
I was very impressed with my first visit. Dr. Patterson took up a lot of time talking with me about my problem. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
