First time i seen Dr. LANDAU WAS OK. He sent me to have a scan, told me what was wrong and told me when i was ready to have the surgery to let him know. About a year later i go back ready to get it over with. He then tells me that he will not do my surgery because I smoke. I have never heard of this before. He gave my the name of another Dr. That would. Do not trust him . I fill like i wasted my money going to him. I'm sure that doesn't bother him

I am sorry that you feel this way. Your case was complicated because you had previous surgery. Smoking has been proven to affect healing. I felt that your best chance for a successful outcome would be if you discontinued smoking. I offered to refer you for a second opinion regarding this. I also tried you on medical therapy to see if that would help. By wanting to obtain the best possible outcome when I offer to do surgery, you feel that I can't be trusted.
