We are always greeted with friendly service, we never have a long wait before being called back. Every staff member has a smile, is attentive to my daughter. Dr. Brittany is such a pleasure and so patient with my daughter. I love how she interacts with my daughter and lets Gia ask as many questions and give her a checkup right back! Every trip to the office has been a pleasant experience, regardless if it was a regular checkup or an emergency same day appointment.
The office staff (especially Linda & KAREN) need some customer service training on how to be more PROFESSIONAL when answering the phones, scheduling appointments and filing insurance. It doesn’t matter how good a doctor is, if you have to deal with rude + ignorant staff members beforehand!
Love this staff..they take the time to know you and your family personally.
