Showed up for appointment and receiptionist turned me away to say my regular dentist did not approve the surgery which was INCORRECT. She told us to leave and we are no longer welcome there. Wasn't that nice. Passive appressive attitude NOT for customers for sure. The appointment was made 3 weeks prior to this and was confirmed 5 days before.
