Steven Ito fine. Their call center somewhere in the Philippines I think and they lie that they’re in Honolulu. Some of them don’t understand basic English when you get frustrated they accuse you of being emotional and raising your voice and hangs up. There’s no way to contact this office. Very frustrating.
