Like so many of Promedica's staff, Karen was exceptional.
Timely, thorough, listens and responsive. Particularly Dr. Istephan but also his staff, and partner [impromptu and reassuring video visit for Covid last summer while I was on a remote bike trip last summer] My health issues to date have been relatively minor but I feel well monitored and tests ordered are reasonable, timely and covered.
Dr Istephan is caring and listens to you. His staff is great too.
