Colby the sales associate was very knowledgeable, funny, and cordial. He took us to test drive a QX80, as I'm looking to possibly trade in my Palisade. When we returned with the car with Colby in the back seat. A lady with blonde hair walks out staring at us really hard and skeptically. Easton was pleasant and professional!
4th Infiniti but the service department has really gone down. I have literally been waiting a couple of weeks to get an answer on a part and no one calls you back. I have had to reach out to them multiple times for them to tell me they will have someone call me. When Mike Amos was the Infiniti service manager it was excellent service. Not sure what is going on but it will probably be my last Infiniti I purchase.
