Super upset. Told them to use my bank, which if it didn’t go through no worries just not to happen. Had way better credit than expected and bank deal with through. Well these people ran my credit and tried other banks without my permission. I said my bank only. Now it’s affecting my credit score. Just on the hard inquires. Had really really high credit and it’s gone done

IMPORTANT!! They are extremely shady, first of all they claimed my Q50 had a porus engine block. As we are rushing to find a replacement car before the Q50's engine goes out, we take it to a different shop just to run tests (mind you Eddy's is the only place we have ever taken this car not counting tire changes) Turns out the engine block is NOT porus and that the incorrect bolts were used to bolt in two of the cylinder heads cracking one in the process. 4th Infiniti but the service department has really gone down. I have literally been waiting a couple of weeks to get an answer on a part and no one calls you back. I have had to reach out to them multiple times for them to tell me they will have someone call me. When Mike Amos was the Infiniti service manager it was excellent service. Not sure what is going on but it will probably be my last Infiniti I purchase. Had another bad experience. I took my car in to fix the liftgate because it wouldn't open about a month ago..
