Paise the Lord for his mercies…ten years later my Mom is a vibrant, active 78 yr old! Dr Hughes performed the Whipple surgery to remove her pancreas after being diagnosed with stage two pancreatic cancer. Her doctor in Orlando referred her to Dr Hughes saying “you need to go to a doctor who is the best at what he does!”
Dr. Hughes and his staff were amazing with my son, over seven years ago! He’s having some issues with his stomach again! There’s no other doctor that I would trust my son’s care to! My son has severe autism and is non verbal the patience that he and his showed my son and I will never be forgotten!
I just can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hughes. Highly recommend!
I was referred to Dr. Hughes by my surgeon in Jacksonville who felt that there was nobody in JAX who had the surgical skills to help me after a complication from a lap gallbladder removal (made all the more difficult due to my past surgical history.)
