Exceptional clinical team led by Dr. Hirshberg provided highest quality of care during surgical procedure and check out process. Check in, however, was a nightmare as we witnessed the receptionist/manager loudly and rudely browbeating a new trainee in front of all of us waiting room patients about office procedures. We felt very uncomfortable as she delivered this harassment (for at least 15 minutes) in a very inappropriate and unprofessional manner. Not a welcoming environment.
