If you want a realtor that has your back and can help when the loan process gets rough he is your man! He is packed with knowledge and his team with Urban cool homes is the best in the business. I highly recommend you to use this man and his resources. Don't be scared of the 495 fee because it is well worth it. I have dealt with other agents and agencies that don't charge and they could care less. When deciding yours or your family future call him.
