Dr. Hahn is wonderful - he is a very good listener, but some of his staff members can be condescending and arrogant. The person scheduling procedures is very hard to get in touch with. The office manager will not get on the phone - she has others screen her calls. And the front desk must be very overworked. I say that because when I arrived for my first appointment I signed in and then was never called up to the desk. 45 minutes later my cell phone rang and it was the front desk calling to see w
I am disappointed with Dr. Hahn and his office...they are only interested in only the business of colonoscopies Their advertising says, they will help you with all of your intestinal problems, but this is not true. This doctor had a closed mind, and was not interested in getting to the bottom of my problem. Office is very disorganized. It takes a long time to make an appointment. They messed up my insurance billing, and my CT scan was delayed weeks as a result. Find another doctor.
Dr. Hahn is the most pleasant gastro dr. I have been to here in south Florida. He actually takes the time to speak to you in his office before examining you. What a great experience. I highly recommend dr Hahn. A pleasure to visit his office, professional staff too. Very happy patient.
Dr. Hahn is a wonderful doctor. He has helped me so much over the years. When I was first seeing him he would return calls on the same day, call with results, not make me come into the office for another visit, and is always good about taking time to listen and understand what is going on.
Dr, Hahn is amazing. I feel so comfortable when I am in his care. He is kind, professional and really efficient. His office staff is is great. I would highly recomeend him to anyone!
Doctor very nice. Some office staff very nice (like Jasmine); others not so great. Sophie in billing seems overworked. I had limited experience with this doctor because I didn't need any follow-up so it's hard to evaluate broadly.
Very thorough. He makes you feel comfortable. He doesn't make you feel like your condition is horrible. Polite. I will recommend people to him. Great doctor. Instructions were easy to understand.
I have had many a colonoscopy with Dr. Hahn and while it's miserable, albeit important procedure, he is a delight to work with. Gives his patients plenty of time, discusses any questions or concerns with detail and thoughtfulness, procedures are on time and he always follows up afterwards. The office is efficient - and rarest of all medical offices in Florida, appointments are on time.
