Terrible service and terrible people. A family of mine who's mentally delayed was referred there, they went and they wouldn't let his/her guardian in. They continue to make this person sign consent to a procedure he/she couldn’t comprehend, also knowing this person was referred thru medical, went there for consultation and he/she came out with the procedure done and took the money out of this persons bank. Beware of going to to this facility they do not care if you are elderly and on a fixed income. They proceeded to continue oral surgery on my mother when she only went in for a consultation, then intimated her into proceeding with the procedure depleting every single dollar out of her account causing her to become over drafted. They had no care that her only income is her SSI with no other way of supporting herself. Diana the office manager is unethical, rude, and demining and most importantly a bully to elders.
I am absolutely appalled at the behavior allowed in this dental practice! Diana who is an assistant here in this practice, is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered in my dental career. To make a financial assumption about a patient is terrible. Shame on you Diana for your behavior. Your doctor needs to be aware of who is representing HIS practice.
