Why is Dr. Steven Spiller billing me (& I'm trying to pay) for surgery that I had in North Carolina? When I googled "Colorado center for neuroscience" I thought I'd find a large practise of Dr's some of which may work our of state but that's not the case. Why does no one answer the phone (only way to pay) and when I press 22 as asked if I want to leave a message, voicemail NEVER picks up? At least I have my phone log as proof that I'm TRYING to pay! Almost seems like some sort of scam. Thankfully I've only paid $20.00!
