Came across this place when I was walking my dogs. I have another dentist but her receptionist never follows up on the periodontist appointment and when she did my fillings, she didn't even use the teeth sensitivity spray that Dentist use and my teeth were so sensitive to cold after her fillings so I had to go back twice for her to fix it ,so I decided to try this place down the street from my apt.. Dr. Steven Backer is extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. My son and I had an appointment, and he demanded a full set of X-rays just for a basic cleaning. He didn’t even floss between our teeth, rushed through the visit, and did the bare minimum. On top of that, we had to wait nearly two hours before being seen. This was one of the worst dental experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend him to anyone.
DO NOT COME HERE! Worst dental place. Disrespectful, rude, inconsiderate, and aggressive. I’ve been serviced by both dentists DR. STEVEN BACKER and DR. DUNG NGUYEN. Both of them are very rude, aggressive and disrespectful. God forbid you have any questions to ask they will ignore you, shrug their shoulders or tell you to stop complaining. Dr. Nguyen and his dental assistant are extremely aggressive. Nguyen gave me neck pain back in June of 2023 when I came for a fill in. The way he aggressively kept turning my neck.
