If I can give this place -5 review I would. First they will give you unnecessary run around. The dental assistant lady which looks like an Asian woman is very nasty and rude. I mean, how much does she make per hour to be this nasty, $15? They'll also try to collect as much money from you as possible. Different sources have confirmed that the owner of this place is very money hungry. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. I'm really surprised by the horrible ratings here. All staff are super nice. I tend to come after work, so while I believe the reviews here that they waited long, assuming it's in the morning, in my 3 years here not once I waited more than 15 minutes. The doctor is just an old school NYer and I can see how he can come off tough and rough but never he was disrespectful to me and or had I issues with the work he does (only one fixing of an old filling in 3 years and cleanings every 6 months + correctly referred to me to a surg... read more
