Both Drs. Hein and Nelson are great dentists...but you should share a joke or two with them. Because I've been going to them for many years, I have great faith in their care. This allows me to relax and trade a few laughs with them.

Overall a positive experience. Hygienist was prompt and efficient. Jeanne did a very thorough tooth check up and cleaning
Dr. Nelson and his hygienist, Taylor had incredible bedside manner. They were gentle and took their time. All of my questions were answered, and my overall exam was a great experience. I liked that I was able to review my X-rays in great detail with Dr. Nelson.
ONCE AGAIN MY VISIT TO THEIR OFFICE WAS EASY AND PAINLESS. VERY SIMPLE. ALL I HAD TO DO WAS SIT IN THE CHAIR WITH MY MOUTH OPEN BUT NOT TALK.
I thoroughly enjoyed my routine cleaning appointment at Dr. Steven Hein and Dr. Matthew Nelson's office. The hygienist, Rachel, was awesome. In addition to doing a great job with the cleaning, she made me feel totally comfortable by engaging me in conversation, etc. Dr. Hein is also very personable. I have total confidence in entrusting my dental care to their office.
Very friendly and efficient staff. All of my questions were answered. Will certainly return to this office, and refer friends and family.
