About a year ago my regular dentist of 22 years detected after a screening that I had a severe gum infection forming from an older root canal. He suggested I visit Dr. Garretts office in Hillsborough. I called Carolina Bright Smiles office and was seen on Saturday. Yes...open on Saturdays. Dr. Garrett and his team worked tirelessly on a bone graft , temporary bridge piece and finally fitted me with a gorgeous implant. Dr. Garrett and his team, in particular Christy are the most genuine, straight forward folks. They always make me feel comfortable and welcomed.
Suzanne cleaned my teeth , she would tell me each step before she would do them . I was having an off day and she helped me feel better and very comfortable. Dr. Garret checked my teeth and also talked to me to try and make me feel better . If you are looking for a place for dental care I highly recommend them both along with every one in the office they are all not only professional but caring . Today I had a cleaning appointment with Carolina Bright Smiles. I was offered options for my concerns and my technician had ESP. She answered my question before I had asked if I should try a particular method of treatment. Sadly I cannot recall her name. I give them a 5 out of 5.
