They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. On the other hand, when my surgery was scheduled they did my pre-op on the phone and gave me my pre-op instrustructions then sent me to the billing department and was told I could not have my surgery until my 20%, that my insurance did not cover, was paid. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment
